About

Mathias RosellWelcome to my site !

These pages contains information about me, Mathias Rosell.

I was born in 1977 in the city of Upplands Väsby north of Stockholm. Currently I live in Solna, Sweden with my fiancé Valeria. I have worked in the IT industry since 2001 and my journey began in 1986 when I got my first computer. Times goes fast and now I have over 17 years of experience.

My interest in photography started in 2013 when I bought my first DSLR camera. Mostly I wanted to try and see if I had any eye for photos and have liked it ever since. I am constantly trying to improve and learn from fellow photographers, taking all advice in consideration. Hoping to be recognized as a good photographer in the future. Photography is one of my biggest hobbies.

My current work is as a Service Area Manager for Network and Access under Infrastructure & Operations at PwC Sweden ‘s IT department, but I have also experience from other companies like Infopaq Media AB, Cision Sverige AB, TeleComputing Sweden AB and Fujitsu Services AB. I have been focusing on a wide variety of systems and business applications through the years, locally configured and in the cloud. My interest in the strategic and tactical responsibility has grown the recent years, particularly within network infrastructure & security, identity and access management, cloud services and system design. There is no room for downtime today or in the future of any IT system or service. That is why system availability is the key to business efficiency.

For me, one of the most important things needed to achieve good results is that you really like what you do and have fun while doing it. I enjoy working in teams and with colleagues, to have a laugh and to cheer up others. To be able to focus and keep calm is another important feature when problems arise. Working close with the business and customers is the key to get good understanding on how their dreams and visions can come true with help of today’s IT Technology.

Positive people don’t just have a good day, they make it a good day.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Mathias
